Item 265-A, EXPEDITED SERVICE -SAME DAY
Subject to Note 1 below, upon request of debtor, carrier will perform expedited service or special trip on shipment subject to availability of equipment and an additional charge of $79.00 per hour or fraction thereof plus $0.97 cents per mile. Overtime $89.00 per hour.
Minimum charge four (4) hours. Said charge will be in addition to transportation charges otherwise applicable to the shipment transported.
NOTE 1: (a) For the purpose of applying this item, "Expedited Service" or "Special Trip"
means the dispatch of equipment directly to point of origin of the shipment and from there directly to the destination of the shipment as requested by debtor, said equipment considered to be in the exclusive use of debtor until such service is completed.
(b) When a "Special Trip (Expedited Service)" is requested, debtor must notify carrier in writing that Expedited Service or Special Trip is requested.
